Whereas, The Amber Law (TX) has been adopted by several states, including New Jersey; and

Whereas, This law has been credited with saving at least 21 abducted children nationwide, therefore be it

Resolved, That New Jersey PTA and its local PTAs support The Amber Law, therefore be it further

Resolved, That New Jersey PTA through its Local PTAs educate the public on the application of The Amber Law in New Jersey.
